Minette These Days

She is growing up. She is 6 months old and a hellion. She is sweet, annoying, funny and adorable.
She liked looking at the snow. Curious stuff. She liked the sun shining on her and taking the chill off.

She, like the rest of us, wondered when it was all going to go away.

and then it went away and she wondered when she could go outside.

That isn't going to happen.
But I gave her a room with massive windows and sliding glass doors with a screen so she can
keep a close eye on the daily comings and goings of the Chipmunk family.
She is also perfecting her Ant Killing abilities.

Minette is growing up.
She has also decided that this Snow thing is not so much fun because it makes her Mama crazy so next winter we will maybe go South.
Or something.
These days she is lolling in the "Conservatory" watching her chipmunks, keeping an eye on the birds and the bunnies.
When the deer come around, I expect Walt Disney to knock on the door.

She is well, happy and an insane kitten ... she keeps me company and she irritates me and she is my baby.
We are muy contenta ..

She reads Animal Blogs !!

So ... mama has this room that she showed me.
It is all windows.
With places for me to sit and doors that are windows.
With places for me to sleep.
She even put a pillow there for me.
And she did the same thing in our bedroom !
I love my mama.
I didn't even bite her this morning  .
